Baldur’s Gate 3
Larian Studios has established itself as one of the premier cRPG studios during the previous decade. Baldur’s Gate III, a sequel to one of the most famous cRPGs of all time, takes things to the next level. Baldur’s Gate 3 is set in one of the classic Dungeons & Dragons settings and sends the player on a quest to remove a hazardous parasite from their brain before they are changed into a mind flayer.

Immortals of Aveum
This month’s greatest bomb-or-bust game is this new Triple-A game from Electronic Arts and Ascendant Studios, but based on early impressions, Immortals of Aveum appears to impress rather than disappoint. This new game enhances the first-person shooting of games like Call of Duty and Halo by incorporating magic into the mix, giving players extra methods to aim at adversaries and engage in both ranged and melee combat. In this game, players control Jak as he joins an elite order of battlemages in an attempt to save the world from obliteration.
Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical
3rd on the list of Top 5 New Games of August 2023, Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical is the latest release from Summerfall Studios. The player takes on the character of Grace in Stray Gods, who is faced with a group of entities that believe she is guilty of the death of the Last Muse. Fortunately, the Last Muse bestowed Grace with her abilities, allowing her to identify who was responsible via the persuasive power of song.
Bomb Rush Cyberfunk
In Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, players leave their mark on a vast city’s five boroughs. They’ll have to prove their abilities against rival teams as they establish themselves, but that’s not all. Causing this much mayhem in the city is certain to attract the cops, so players will have to strike a balance between building their legend and avoiding the military police.
Sea Of Stars
Video games with pixel art will never go out of style. Particularly when the games are as stunning as Sabotage Studio’s Sea of Stars. The Children of the Solstice want to conduct a rare ceremony with their mighty Eclipse Magic to protect the Earth from the wicked Fleshmancer in Sea of Stars, a classic-style turn-based RPG.
Sea of Stars embraces everything that worked in classic RPGs while modernising everything that didn’t. Expect to engage in some platforming to navigate the magnificent environment of Sea of Stars, as well as a rigorous battle system that doesn’t just let gamers play on autopilot.
