Juno: Learn AI Easily
Terms & Community Guidelines
These Terms govern your use of Juno. The Community Guidelines are part of the Terms and apply before anyone may post or reply.
Effective and last updated: 15 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-15
1. Who operates Juno
Juno is operated by Highavenue Creative Labs Pvt Ltd, India. Contact: pradeep@highavenue.co.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. Provide accurate eligibility information, keep your Google account secure, use one human account, and do not impersonate another person. Your public nickname must not mislead, harass or infringe rights.
3. Learning and AI information
Juno is an educational product, not professional, legal, medical, financial or employment advice. AI and learning content can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important information and test code safely. Do not submit secrets, credentials, confidential data or personal information in prompts or code.
4. Community Guidelines
You may ask questions, reply, vote and participate in learning duels. You must not post, request, promote or link to:
- harassment, bullying, threats, hate, sexual or exploitative content;
- content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation;
- illegal activity, dangerous instructions, self-harm encouragement or deceptive behavior;
- spam, scams, malware, credential theft, manipulation or coordinated abuse;
- another person’s private information, contact details or confidential material;
- copyright, trademark or other content you do not have the right to share;
- attempts to bypass moderation, rate limits, security or fair-play systems.
Keep discussion relevant to learning and treat people with respect. Use the clearly labeled Report and Block controls when needed.
5. Moderation and enforcement
Juno screens some text and limits activity automatically. Highavenue may review reports, hide or remove content, limit features, preserve evidence, suspend accounts or report serious matters when reasonably necessary. Automated controls are imperfect; reporting helps us act. You may appeal a moderation decision through the Support and Complaints page.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Highavenue a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display and process it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and improve Juno. This license ends when the content and associated backups are deleted, except where limited retention is legally or operationally necessary.
7. Acceptable technical use
Do not reverse engineer protected server behavior, scrape users, automate abusive traffic, interfere with the service, probe other accounts, exploit vulnerabilities, falsify scores, or use Juno to violate law. Responsible security reports are welcome at the support address.
8. Availability and changes
Features may change, pause or end. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every lesson, AI answer or score will always remain available. We may update these Terms and will identify the new version and provide notice where appropriate.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Juno and delete your account at any time. Highavenue may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, risk to users, legal requirements or service security. Account deletion is explained on the Account Deletion page.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juno is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Highavenue is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on AI output, user content, service interruption or misuse. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that law does not permit us to limit.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu will handle disputes, without limiting any mandatory right you have to bring a claim elsewhere.
