Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Juno account and associated data in the app. If you no longer have the app, request deletion here by email.

Delete inside Juno

Open Juno and sign in.
Open Me → Settings.
Select Delete account and data.
Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.

The active account and associated data are removed immediately after the request succeeds.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the Google email address used for Juno. Use the subject “Juno account deletion” and state that you want the Juno account associated with that address deleted. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership; never send your password, one-time code or recovery code.

What is deleted

Firebase Authentication account and account identifiers;
learner profile, age range, preferences and Terms record;
learning progress, points, streaks, badges and leaderboard entries;
notification token/settings, presence and block/vote records;
feedback, AI reports, disputes and AI-related records linked to the account;
duel data associated with the account;
community posts and replies are removed and stripped of the learner’s identity and text;
recent Juno chats stored on that device when deletion is completed in the app.

Limited retention

We may retain narrowly necessary security, fraud-prevention, moderation or legal records for a limited period where permitted or required. Residual encrypted backups may remain temporarily under provider backup schedules and are not used for normal product operations.
