Juno: Learn AI Easily
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Juno uses, why it is used, who helps us process it, and how you can control or delete it.
Effective and last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Juno: Learn AI Easily Android app, its Firebase-powered services, and the Juno support and deletion pages on highavenue.co. Juno is intended for people aged 13 and over.
2. Information Juno processes
- Account information: Firebase user ID and information supplied by Google Sign-In, such as email address, display name and profile image.
- Learner profile: public nickname and avatar, age range (not exact age), experience level, optional work or study field, visibility preference, and Terms acceptance record.

- Support information: feedback, complaints, deletion requests and information needed to investigate or respond.
- Notifications and service operation: Firebase Cloud Messaging token, notification choices, timezone name/offset, app-open timing used to schedule a sensible nudge, app version and security/abuse-control records.
- On-device information: recent Juno chats, preferences and offline learning progress can be stored locally on your device.
Juno does not request access to precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health information or payment information in the current release. Juno does not contain advertising.
3. Why the information is used
We use information to authenticate accounts; save and personalize learning progress; operate lessons, AI help, Code Lab, community, duels and leaderboards; send notifications you choose; prevent spam and abuse; moderate reports; diagnose failures; respond to support; enforce our Terms; and meet legal obligations.
4. AI processing
When you use Juno’s AI features, the prompt and the minimum context needed to answer it are sent through Highavenue’s Firebase Cloud Functions to DeepSeek. Do not put confidential, financial, medical or other sensitive personal information into prompts or code. AI responses can be incorrect or inappropriate; use the in-app Report response option if needed.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Google Firebase provides authentication, database, serverless functions and push messaging. DeepSeek processes AI prompts and produces responses. These providers process data to operate Juno under their applicable contractual and security terms. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising.
6. Public information
Your chosen nickname, avatar, community contributions, duel/leaderboard results and related activity may be visible to other signed-in learners. Your Google email address and real Google name are not intentionally displayed to other learners. Avoid placing private information in public content.
7. Security and international processing
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Access is restricted through Firebase Authentication, Firestore Security Rules and server-side authorization. No system is completely secure. Firebase resources are configured primarily in India; providers may also process information in other locations under their terms and safeguards.
8. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and as needed to provide Juno. Rate-limit, security, moderation and legal records may be retained for a limited period when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, resolve disputes or meet law. When an account is deleted, active account data is removed or de-identified. Residual encrypted backups may persist temporarily under provider backup schedules and are not used for normal product operations.
9. Your choices and rights
- Change nickname/avatar, field, level, notification and online-visibility preferences in the app.
- Remove your posts and replies and use report/block controls.
- Turn Android notifications off at any time.
- Delete your account from Juno Settings, or use the external account-deletion page if you no longer have the app.
- Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or help with privacy, subject to applicable law.
10. Children
Juno is not directed to children under 13 and the onboarding flow does not accept an under-13 age range. If you believe a child under 13 supplied information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Juno changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Questions or complaints can be sent to pradeep@highavenue.co or through our Support and Complaints page.
